Case Study One: Understanding Values

Currie & Brown recently employed VALiD to help them understand the values of their organisation, by building on the perceptions of its staff. VALiD helped to examine and understand the values of an organisation, independently to its project activities. The scope of the application is small, but the insight gained by Currie & Brown’s into its staff’s expectations for their activities is now being used to plan the company’s growth.

Case Study Two: Understanding Building and User Performance

GlaxoSmithKline used VALiD to determine if a newly-completed building has had the intended effect on the expectations and working practices of its users. VALiD helped to characterise stakeholder value after building completion to inform long term management of both the building space and the business activity performed within it.
